Entry Doors

The Ziegler method for constructing a solid wood Entry Doors is a proprietary method of removing the grain memory from the wood. Grain memory is what causes some doors to twist or bow, by removing the memory from the wood we are capable of creating beautifully mastered entry doors that don't come apart. This does happen with some solid wood doors, but our method allows the grains to stay true without curling, cupping or twisting along the natural direction of the wood. Solid wood doors are tricky and therefore expensive to manufacture. If solid wood is not in your budget, not to worry, we do offer a second series of door manufacturing that is more common place in todays door industry by using a solid core with a wood veneer overlay. This is a more cost-effective way to manufacture a door while still achieving that grand entrance look that appeals to our customers demand.
